In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with GOD, and the Word was GOD {god}– ‘god’ here meaning the Spirit of GOD; meaning that which was created and operated as an amalgam (blend/combination) whole in uniformity and wonder of its being brought forth, see Genesis 1:2}. John (1:1).
The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of GOD {our collective consciousness as a unified nondescript mass} was hovering over the face of the waters. Genesis (1:2)
So, we were created as hypothesized, in the beginning, from something like broken strands of non-intelligible material resembling broken DNA/RNA strands put together and infused with a ‘functional life’ to form that which is known above as the ‘Spirit of GOD’.
First of all, GOD WAS BEFORE THE BEGINNING BECAUSE THE WORD BEGINNING MEANS THAT TIME WAS THEN CREATED. So, before TIME existed, GOD existed and nothing else existed not even the WORD because TIME like SPACE is something that must be brought forth from ‘nothing’. THEREFORE, BEFORE THE BEGINNING THERE WAS GOD AND NOTHING ELSE!
Secondly, there is cheating in the above verse due to the fact that there are two words used in the Greek for GOD but only one word stands for GOD ALONE while the last word in John (1:1) is wrongly translated as G-O-D and should be thought of as god-like in the fact of being ‘homogenized in self’ or complete in self!
If HE called them gods, to whom the word of GOD came (and the Scripture cannot be broken) John (10:35);
I said, “You are gods, and all of you are children of the MOST HIGH. Psalms (82:6)
Son of man {Ezekiel}, tell the ruler of Tyre that this is what the LORD GOD says: Your heart is proud, and you have said, ‘I am a god; I sit in the seat of gods in the heart of the sea.’ Yet you are a man and not a god, though you have regarded your heart as that of a god. Ezekiel (28:2)

So GOD created man in HIS OWN IMAGE {meaning completeness; meaning roughly male/female unification as a oneness being; meaning not just male or not just female but a oneness of being, being unified in nature in the beginning}; in the image of GOD HE created him; male and female HE created them; meaning as a whole entity, complete spiritual-wise. Genesis (1:27):
This would apply to the ‘Spiritual Form’ when time itself was created. But before that there was GOD and nothing else! As in my other writing The Creation of Man: A Philosophical Approach there was GOD and nothing else and then there was like broken strands of DNA without thought or form and GOD brought that together to make that broken mass alive and able to wonder at the creations that GOD was bringing forth {like in Genesis 1:2}.
As for myself, I personally have translated this notion of ‘gods’ as Vicegerents’ and depend on the Quran (and hadiths from Abu Huraira, Aisha and Ubayy ibn Ka’b as showing various groups sent at various times to ‘learn’ what needed to be learned and also to separate by ‘actions’ the wheat from the chaff for Judgment purposes or those who desire to obey the principles set down by ALLAH versus those who would deny even their own creation from GOD!
Therefore, even if we don’t grasp a deep understanding of this, we can use FAITH to give us a visualization of Judgment Day based on TOTAL FAIRNESS depending upon the MERCY and FORGIVENESS of our CREATOR LORD WHO has no equal and of course no partners and needs absolutely nothing to help HIM implement HIS MOST PERFECT PLAN!
Besides this, the WORD has several different meanings incorporated into the creation! GOD’s saying BE and it becomes is one meaning. The Quran is another form. The Christ-soul is another form as in ‘a word from HIM’. And other meanings some of them too complex to discuss or be known.
GOD’s Most Perfect Plan cannot be fully known beyond what the Quran and valid hadith literature tell us and we cannot know the inspiration that will be given to Muhammad (pbh) when he will approach ALLAH’s THRONE and learn special invocations to be said before his LORD while he is prostrating to HIM in asking for the redemption of the sons of ADAM – hadith.
WE {ALLAH} did indeed offer the Trust to the Heavens and the Earth and the Mountains; but they refused to undertake it, being afraid thereof: but man undertook it; he was indeed unjust and foolish {to himself by his own ‘hasty’ activities}.
(With the result) that ALLAH has to punish the Hypocrites, men and women, and the Unbelievers, men and women, and ALLAH turns in Mercy to the Believers, men and women: for ALLAH is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. Quran (33:71-72)
One would naturally assume that this took place before 1960! Indeed! It occurred as can be thought as to being before the fall of man, reaching back into time beyond man’s current knowledge!
Way back into the unknown time era, we have man as ‘spirit’ in form only without a physical body made from basically clay-like material. The ‘body form’ as we know it today came much later and as a result of this, the spirit of man became incased in this materialistic form.
A form, by the way, made perfect ‘originally’ by the creation by the ‘hands’ of GOD HIMSELF as in the example of the ‘forming of the physical adam’!
According to hadith knowledge about the implanting of the soul into the growing fetus, which would be around 120 days, shows us that we are basically spirit in form when the body is shed. So, when we die, the body dies but not the soul or spirit but it goes to a place designated or dimension appointed so as to receive some form of rest or torment.
That is one reason why Muslims invoke ALLAH for protection from the ‘torments of the grave’ as well as the Hell-Fire and also protection from the ‘trials of life and death and those trials from the Anti-christ’ – hadith.
Believers or studiers are given more knowledge about this from hadith literature but this doesn’t have to be known by everyone. Simply ask ALLAH for protection each and every day is fine for the hearts of the believer.
For there are more than one type of flower in the field besides the lilies of the field! In other words, Islam is for everyone and everyone’s interest!
Then he {the Christ-soul} said, “Behold, I have come to do YOUR WILL, O GOD.” HE {GOD}takes away the first {COVENANT} that HE may establish the second {COVENANT getting ready for Judgment Day}. Hebrews (10:9)
What is this New Covenant or New Contract, GOD WILLING?
It is that after completing this ‘metaphysical stuff’ of the Essenes and other related metaphysical practices from ages past getting ready for the purification process of having the channel prepared for the entrance of that soul who was to be the Messiah (Jesus), the New Covenant (Al-Islam) can now be ushered in with the pure BOOK the Quran as the basis for belief in the kingdom of paradise on Earth to come led by the Messiah himself and the Madhi.
It is very interesting that the ‘New Covenant’ {NEW SONG as represented in Isaiah chapter 42} as defined by me actually is the bringing in the Mercy of ALLAH in the form of Islam so that we don’t have to become ‘dedicated twirlers’ (mystics) in body purification like those of old (Essenes/ various mystic practioners) who practiced such strict and stringent cleanliness techniques.
So, in this sense, Muhammad (pbh) as mentioned in the Quran is indeed a Mercy to the worlds and not just an empty slogan to be bandied about as meaningless fodder!
WE sent you not, but as a Mercy for all creatures. Quran (21:107)
And WE sent down the Book to you for the express purpose, that you should make clear to them those things in which they differ, and that it should be a Guide and a Mercy to those who believe. Quran (16:64)
ALLAH does wish to make clear to you and to show you the Ordinances of those before you; and (HE does wish to) turn to you (In Mercy): And ALLAH is All-knowing, All-wise. Quran (4:26)
So WE have made the (Qur’an) easy in YOUR own tongue, that with it you may give Glad Tidings {of spiritual correctness and success} to the righteous, and warnings to {any} people given to contention {as a universal Message}. Quran (19:97)
This puts things in a ‘new light with new depth’ but does not give an excuse to become lazy in word, deed or action!!!
For I {GOD} will not accuse you forever, nor will I always be angry; for then the spirit of man would grow weak before ME, with the breath of those I have made {created}.
I have seen his ways, and {I} will heal him; I will also lead him and restore comforts to himand to his mourners {true followers}. Isaiah (57:16; 18).
The similitude for this is ‘why should man who has reached the summit of the mountain’ go backwards to endure the training of base camp for climbing up the mountain again’? Or one can think of this as an ‘evolutionary progression’ with a confirmed (from on HIGH) Messiah and a pathway (religion/way of life) chosen by GOD HIMSELF as the ‘eventual’ springboard to Paradise.
Indeed why should man be put through those strenuous purification tests again when the Messiah has already been chosen and has past the grade!!! Therefore, we don’t need the Wise Men to come and make their offerings again.
What is needed is a system that is clear and compatible for those seeking the Chosen Pathway of the future with no doubts or questions in that upon his (Jesus’) return all men of salvation will believe in him and follow his ways (Islam)!
And there is none of the People of the Book but must believe in him before his death {on his Second Coming}; and on the Day of Judgment he will be a witness against them {those who disbelieved}. Quran (4:159)
I delight to do YOUR WILL, O my GOD; YOUR Law is within my heart.” Psalm (40:8)
And ALLAH will teach him {Jesus} the Book and Wisdom, the Law and the Gospel. Quran (3:48)
O People of the Book! Commit no excesses in your religion: Nor say of ALLAH aught but the truth. Christ Jesus the son of Mary was (no more than) a Messenger of ALLAH, and HIS Word, which HE bestowed on Mary, and a spirit proceeding from HIM: so believe in ALLAH and HIS Messengers. Say not “Trinity”: desist: it will be better for you: for ALLAH is one ALLAH: Glory be to HIM: (far exalted is HE) above having a son. To HIM belong all things in the heavens and on earth. Quran (4:171)
Who does not need daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifices, first for his own sins and then for the people’s, for this he did once for all {who would chose to serve the Living GOD} when he offered up himself {to represent mankind and hence be that {FUTURE}‘Christ’ or pattern or redeemer or SIGN to open the door for Muhammad (pbh) to come}. Hebrews (7:27)
He {the Angel who came to Mary the mother of Jesus} said: “So (it will be): YOUR LORD said, ‘that is easy for ME: and (WE wish) to appoint him {Jesus} as a SIGN unto men and a Mercy from Us’: It is a matter (so) decreed.” Quran (19:21)
Every HIGH priest {as a man – in this case every prophet} is appointed from among men to represent them in matters relating to GOD, to offer gifts and sacrifices for sins.
He can have compassion on those who are ignorant and going astray, since he himself{being totally human} is also subject to weakness {as all humans are and so he (any real prophet) understands man’s plight and is patient with them}.
{Christ the son of Mary was no more than a Messenger; many were the Messengers that passed away before him. His mother was a woman of truth. They both had to eat their (daily) food. See how ALLAH makes HIS Signs clear to them; yet see in what ways they are deluded away from the truth! Quran (5:75)}
Because of this {nature of humanity}, he is required as for the people, so also for himself{as a GUIDE or representative man being a prophet}, to offer sacrifices for sins {hence he is like Muhammad (pbh) as to shooing away the people from sin leading to Hell-Fire as a man who sits by a campfire shooing away moths from the flames (found in hadith related knowledge)}. Hebrews (5:1-3).
The Epistle to the Hebrews was written by Barnabas who was a companion with Paul for many years (starting with the first visit to Jerusalem reaching to the second visit and a little bit beyond – so many years (8 or so plus years) was the man who was filled with the Holy Spirit and a strong believer in the real Christ a partner with Paul until their dispute.
To repeat what was stated before:
So, the real fault in any religion will come from the misinterpretation and misappropriationof religious knowledge. Hence, the dramatic fails of the Crusades and ISIS and those other villains who seek to sow discord amongst the flock by ‘devils’ in human form.
Hold therefore to one thing that is certain and that there is, has been and always will be ONLY ONE GOD WHO HAS NO PARTNERS NOR OFFSPRING (SONS OR DAUGHTERS) AND WHO IS THE ONLY ONE TO BE HELD PRAISEWORTHY!!!
